Over the weekend after a long road trip I parked my R1s in the driveway and plugged it in a 44% SOC but noticed that it hadn’t started charging at midnight. I walked up to it and it didn’t unlock so I grabbed my fob and still nothing. Long story short I had to get a tow truck to come out. They tried to jump it be were only able to get the doors open for 1 minute. I assumed it was a 12v failure but the SC is saying that it is not.

I had no prior warnings. Any ideas?

Well that’s disappointing. I’m a little worried about my other one now.

Did your vehicle throw any warnings before the failure or just not turn back on?
My R1S wouldn’t wake up today. No warnings. I drove it yesterday about 50 or so miles. Plugged it in last night but didn’t confirm it was charging. One odd thing it did do was it locked in the garage when I walked away from it and I have it set to not do that. Thought it was weird but didn’t check it.

Waiting to hear next steps from service. I’m 4 hours from a service center.

What did yours turn out to be?
