Profiles not working

I can't get profiles (for the steering wheel, mirrors, and seat position) to work. We have 2 drivers and we go through the whole setup for these items for each item and hit "Remember" but it doesn't. When it's set to Driver A and Driver B comes in and hits the Drive List and their name "Driver B" nothing happens. Does anyone else have this issue?

Have you tried doing a reset on the vehicle?

hold down the far left and far right buttons at the same time until it reboots.

if that doesn’t work try doing a hard reset. Far left steering wheel button and the hazard light button at the same time delivery reboot.
