My full size 21" tire/wheel was delivered this morning by a mobile tech. Since he was coming by anyway, I set up several service items that weren't showstoppers but needed attention. The Tech arrived on time, recognized the underlying issues and took care of every squawk and he left my Tee in a better than new condition. All in a very tidy 2 hours tops. I'm very pleased with the Rivian service.
