I also didn't want the car sooner since my previous car's lease ends later this month, so it is possible they assigned me one that got shipped in a later batch. Not complaining - outside of a couple of super minor alignment issues and a roof bar whistle at a specific speed the car is great!There really doesnt seem to be rhyme nor reason. We have seen as little as 5 days, and as long as 9 weeks (and for some 3 years... But thats another reason entirely!).
Mine went from rolling off the assembly line on December 21st, to in my driveway January 13th.. So 23 days. So just a touch over 3 weeks... To go thru OEM QC, Transport, SC QC and detail, to delivery. Thats quick for all that was done. But one from the shop, being already built should, in theory, be quicker... but..
As you saw, 5 weeks later....
