Anyone know anything about how soft these tires are? One reason for the 50k warranty may be less pliable rubber- lasts longer but handling and ride suffer.

I like Michelin- prefer costco to discount tire. But if the Michelins are substantially firmer than the pirelli’s, I may stick to OEM

The 275/60/20 MS2, DiscountTire told me Oct 2023. Which size did they tell you 7/2024 ? Sounds a long way off.

In the 20” OEM size fitment?

This is verbatim what they told me about my preorder:

“The 275/65R20 MICHELIN DEFENDER LTX MS2 unfortunately MICHELIN is now saying they will not arrive into our warehouse until July 2024.”

I was also previously told fall of 2023. This email was the latest update I received a few days ago.

Anyone have suggestions to replace the 22" tires, need 2 tires replaced and want to avoid the OEMs. Looks like the Michelin's in the H rating aren't available till Spring. Wouldn't mind just swapping out all 4 for something with more longevity vs 2 now and then in spring all 4 defenders.

Yes sir! I went to two local discount tires to confirm. Who knows though if the guy they talked to on the phone from Michelin was accurate though.

I wish they had a winter version. Assuming the improvements are more about load and wear vs ice performance. Maybe the quad drive is so amazing on Ice I don't need winter tires but I'm conditioned to using them. I'll take any advantage I can hitting a patch of ice.
