I think the new google maps update overall is a big improvement. The only issue I‘ve seen is when you set a route it doesn’t give you more than one option like most nav’s do. It decides immediately that there is only one way for you to go and that’s what it does.

I think the new google maps update overall is a big improvement. The only issue I‘ve seen is when you set a route it doesn’t give you more than one option like most nav’s do. It decides immediately that there is only one way for you to go and that’s what it does.

If you click on "go" on a location, the nav automatically chooses the default route. If you click on the location instead, sometimes the nav will give you alternate options.
