Anyone with issues with the navigation failing to plot any chargers at all? I'm searching for a destination address, it finds it, calculates for 30 seconds or so, then tells me there aren't enough fast chargers to make the trip. The route plots from Denver to southern Wisconsin along the 80. If I plot a shorter trip along the same route, say from Denver to Omaha, it will pin the chargers as expected. It seems to have something to do with distance of the route.

Yeah the Nav system isn’t that smart. The logic seems to be find the fastest route to the destination then search for chargers along the route, if it doesn’t find chargers it gives that message.

I had the same many times for instance last week I plotted a route to San Diego and from Sandy OR it gave me that message but the route is very much possible traveling down I5.

I haven't experienced it not plotting any chargers, but really don't like that it doesn't give you any option to choose which chargers to include or exclude. It will have me stop at a 50kW charger when there is a 150/350 right across the street, and no way to edit that detail of the route. I end up just navigating to the chargers I map out through Plugshare or ABRP.

Goes back to what I'm more and more convinced is one of their biggest screwups, the refusal to allow AA/CP. Their company line of "You'll like ours better" is just total BS. Might be true in 10 years. Just own up to the truth that Daddy Bezos doesn't like to play well with other big tech competitors and that it was an obvious ill advised option to cut costs instead of dancing around it.

@MoreTrout - this is not my experience at all. Do you have charging filters set in the map interface? I just did a round trip from Denver to San Jose, CA and it worked like a champ for me. I just found that I needed to set my charging filters (RAN and EA only, fast chargers only) BEFORE I did a route and then it found appropriate chargers all along my route. My longest segment was Denver to Pasadena and it found charging locations for the entire route.

Yes I have tried it with and without filters with the same result. I got the sense the filters only changed what was displayed on the map, not what was filtered when plotting a route. I could be wrong.

The filters definitely work when navigating. If you use Alexa, set a charging filter and then say "Alexa, add a CHARGING STOP in CITY/PLACE to my route.". This will add a charging stop (that uses preconditioning before arrival) based only on your filters. This is not documented in the Alexa commands but I used it extensively on my trip. I got the idea because this is how Android Automotive works in my wife's Volvo XC40 Recharge

I have the same issue. It seems to be a problem with charging networks. If there is a charger that is needed on the fastest route but the navigation doesn't recognize it or the netowrk, the navigation basically gives up. For example a non-networked charger at a dealership.
I have a ticket open with Support that I have been troubleshooting but there is no solution yet.

What's annoying is that the first time I mapped the address I wanted, it laid out everything including the charging stops as expected, but subsequent lookups of the same address or others that were of similar or further distance away; e.g. DEN to MIA, did not plot any chargers.
