schedule another one and mention you’re flexible and can take delivery within a week or two. Ask if they can request shop access for you.

Black / dark ash. Unlike my normal reservation.... you only get 1 image which seems to change vs the gallery

A few things I would tell others from I learned this far.

• Atlanta has lots of inventory… which I find so strange since I know 2 others waiting until 2024. I ain’t complaining… but Rivian is having trouble delivering and here is a great easy way to turn sales quickly
• Buying process is not so bad… but unless you get their insurance… you have to send current policy to guide. The ability to upload docs and use stripe to ACH funds make this much easier than dealership experience
• Appointments and delivery (at least for me) we’re like 1-3 days from the selection- so quick fast in a hurry

July 21 reservation and did a test drive last month. Still no shop access.

if you are flexible with spec, Reach out to customer care through call and request them to give access. Do mention the flexibility part. For me it all happened in 10 days, from no shop access to delivery scheduled on 6/23.

Yes I wish I could get mine or at least access to the store. I am in Atlanta too and my date is Aug-Sep.

Not sure if this will help. My reservation was from Oct 21 and my delivery date was Q3 24. I managed to ask successfully through a chat (which I waited 2 hours to enter). Note the thing that tells you place in line and how long it will take is all over the place. anyway - she check my history and said I was a good candidate and she'd put my name is queue for access. I never did get an email saying I got it - but I checked 1x per day. It took about a day and a half (till it appeared in the account)

My wife and I are having Thai right now and laughing at this!! Side note we have Rivian Yellow curry with shrimp and Radiant Red curry with chicken. She says only Red pucks!!!
