I just took delivery of my R1T last Saturday and am really enjoying it.
I am having two issues with the keys that are really odd to me. Has this happened to anyone else?
Issue #1: We cannot add my wife's phone as a key no matter what we try. The process always hangs on "Set up your phone key....Waiting for phone". We've tried all the usual steps like hard resets (phone and vehicle), deactivate and reactivate the key, turn Bluetooth permissions on and off, etc. My phone was set up at delivery with no issue.
Issue #2: The key cards stopped working the moment we got it home. I confirmed one of them worked at the delivery appointment, but neither one has worked since. I tried deactivating and reactivating one key.
I submitted a service ticket on Monday morning and still haven't heard from Rivian.
