Launch Edition Wrist Band Keys delayed?

Hi there,

So i've reading through this forum and from personal experience that many people haven't been receiving their wrist band keys at delivery. How long did it take for you to get yours after delivery? Did it just show up on your own? Or did you have to create a case/bug your guide? It's coming up on 2 weeks from delivery for me.

I had to submit a service ticket to get mine. My understanding is there is a supply issue and they may not come until fall but that is second hand info

I added mine to the Due Bill paperwork (along with the Spare) at delivery. Were you told specifically to open a ticket?

I think I heard the same, and am in no rush really to get a fifth key, but may log a ticket just in case.

They never told me to open a ticket at least. They just said it would be mailed to me later. But I'm thinking I should also log a ticket, if they are hoping i'll just forget about it...lol

A ticket had been opened on my behalf. They’ve called me 2x about them and last call told me hopefully fall

I received a call from the service center last week about the band. They left a voicemail. I was told August.

My guide told me today that key bands now shipping in September.

Haven't received my wristband and also waiting on gear shuttle.

Perhaps ridiculous of me, yet, when I read of new R1S owners and other R1T owners having wristbands, I can't help but go to the 'I, and many others, ordered 3 plus years ago', and why do these early supporters and buyers not get their missing wirstbands when new owners do?

It isn't my intention to appear envious, I'm actually not, simply questioning the process and the order in which these are allocated. I suppose I'll never know.

Also, I think some animal, may have crawl up into the left wheel section of the truck and died. Strong smell of death eminating from top of left front wheelwell. Going to do a wheel removal, and likely have to take off the wheelwell panels and see if I can figure out what, if anything, is there.

During the heat wave, wondering if a mouse or something crawled up for shade and as the fan intermittently comes on while parked if that was what invited something up there to cool off.

Always an adventure.

Bumping this thread. Did anyone get their wrist key in August?

My newly-delivered R1T LE delivered in August came with a wristband. So obviously they're making them now.

I'd reach out to your Guide or even open a support ticket asking for a status update.
