Wow. This post worries me as I plan on having the R1T as my only vehicle...

I feel like it should not be hard to fix that alignment issue....sheesh.

Does yours make a similar sound?
It does, though to a lesser extent. I think. Cell phone cameras tend to amplify noises in an awkward manner, so I can't say with any reasonable confidence that the amplitude of the noise is similar in mine. When my compressor kicks on and charges up, I can feel it in the accelerator pedal for a few min.

Update 8/4/22

Spoke with the Service manager at the El Segundo, CA location. He wanted to make sure that everyone understood the problems I was experiencing since this was the third time. So, I list them out one by one and a few others concerns I had.

Alignment and centering of the steering wheel. - Pretty straight forward. He said they would test driving it and confirm before I picked up the vehicle.
Result - They fixed it like 95%.

Missing retainer clips for trim under the frunk
Result - installed new clips
Loud fan or compressor (it is the AC compressor) and you can feel the vibration in the pedal - He said it did seem louder than normal and will look into it. The vibration might not go away since they mount the compressor and the pedal to the firewall so that's why you feel the vibration.
Result - The bolts securing the compressor were loose causing it to vibration. My guess they didn't tighten the bolts down when the removed all this for the battery service.

Clicking or ticking noise when I move forward or brake or reverse
Result - Front halfshafts not torqued correctly and missing lube.

Asked about wristbands - Said we should start seeing them in the next few weeks.

Asked about Tonneau cover fix - Said they are on their second attempt. The first kit they sent didn't make much of a difference. They are waiting for the manufacture to send out another version to see if that fixes the problem. We will also have the option to go to a manual cover if we want.

Air compressor getting superhot to the point you can't detach the hose. Happened when I was inflating a paddle board. - Said that is normal nothing to worry about.

So far so good. I'm ready to enjoy my vehicle.
