Internet Connectivity keeps disconnecting

Internet keeps disconnecting and in most cases it doesn't return. I've already tried doing an infotainment reset. Anyone else going through this?

We have had that for months. resets dont help and have an appt on nov 19 to fix

I have a service appointment scheduled for the end of October.

Has anyone already had a service appointment to deal with this internet connectivity issue? How did that go?

I've had my car at the Atlanta Service Center for almost 2 weeks now and they say they can't recreate the "no internet connectivity" issue. I know I'm not alone on this. Circling back to check with others who have dealt with this issue. Anyone going through this right now?

Basically I turn on the car and start apple music. I select a song or album and start driving. Several minutes into the drive the music stops and I get a "no internet connectivity" message on the screen even though I show strong LTE bars.

Service Center acts like I have a second head or I'm crazy when I describe this? Anyone lese?
