Induction cooking kitchen setup for camping

Since converting to induction cooking when camping, there’s no looking back for me. Especially with EV that has outlets, I love the faster cook times and never having to worry about running out of fuel. This is my current setup for my MYP. Looking to do something similar in the R2.

This is really slick. Did you fabricate all of that? What do you do for refrigeration?

Yeap all my self spent about 2.5 years perfecting. Refrigeration lives up front in the frunk!

Excellent camp kitchen! Stock, or heomemade? I’ve converted from a van, where I had room for one that slid out, so having to be creative with theR1S. Got the induction and Jackery 3000, and. “Fish cleaning table” that’s my kitchen. Discovered that a 5 gallon water bottle now fits nicely upright in the subtrunk with the extra headroom supplied by our BamBed.

All custom because I wanted a campkitchen for my R1S but i didnt want to cook in the car and I didn't want to occupy space.

Thinking about integrating these spacers in some t Slots so you can slide it in when needed if you want to put away your kitchen for the night real quick before you go to bed.
