Heavier steering wheel replacement questions

To folks who replaced the steering wheel with a heavier version, is it something the mobile service technician can do? or only the service center can do it?

Rivian performed road force balancing, got much better but still small shakes occur at highway speeds. I just submitted a service appt request on my phone asking for a heavier steering but the mobile service is scheduled.

Heavier steering wheel??? I was not aware they made them heavier at some point. I don't have any issues with shaking or complaints about mine, but with an 8/22 delivery I assume I must have the original lighter version.
