If you don't want to scratch up the trim around the Rivian hooks on the back of your headrests, one alternative is to order these hooks for a Tesla Model S. They fit really well. I just added a pad of felt behind them, to avoid scuffing the seat back.
Nice finish. Very strong.

No, I'm not affiliated in any way with that company/seller. I just already had these for a Model S, and was really glad they also work in our R1T.
Warning: Don't risk injury in an accident. Remove them if anyone is riding in a back seat.
I think they'll take a lot of weight. I pulled really hard on them, and they wouldn't budge.
