Hannshow Automatic Running Boards - Successful ?

Can anyone report the successful installation of Hannshow Automatic Running boards on a 2026 R1S? If so, what level of support was needed from Hannshow to achieve success. I’m 2 1/2 months into attempting to resolve errors in retraction and extension of the boards. CAN data capture appears to be inadequate to facilitate software mod. Currently, the right board only extends when right rear door is opened. Left board opens correctly with either left door. Left board retracts with the opening of either right door. Any comments would be appreciated.
