This just happened yesterday. But I put my navigation to go home after I got off work. It's 35 miles, but the estimated range at arrival was showing I was going to use 80+ miles. This has never happened before. As I drove home, it slowly started creeping up in range. But I found it strange that it dropped that dramatically. Usually the estimated range is pretty spot on. I even cancelled the trip and started a new one, thinking it would fix the issue, but it didn't.
Has anyone had a similar issue lately? Any suggestions to fix it?

Just for clarification:
Range at beginning was at 270 miles.. my house was 35 miles away.. car showed my range to be around 190 miles at arrival. But when I got home, the range was around 235 miles.

I've usually found the Nav range estimate to be pretty accurate. It will start at on number, and then I'll usually add about 5-10 miles in estimated range by the time I arrive at the destination.

Knowing how wonky this nav can be at times, did it route you a different (and possibly hillier or longer way) that you didn't notice? Mine has often routed me a strange way that's like 20 miles farther than the logical route.

It was still the same route. First time it’s been that low. Wonder why it’s acting up like this.

We live in a hilly area so my consumption is all over the place. Attached is my weekly report from TezLab for our R1T “Sir Enity.” Overall last week I averaged 124% better than rated. That’s pretty dang good. Sure I only drove 70 miles for the week, which isn’t much. When going uphill it sucks power and while going down I get regen a lot so it takes little.

I don’t pay attention to the estimated arrival SOC for local driving but I do sometimes route to see what it thinks is the quicker way. There has been a lot of construction lately making some roads I take suck so nav helps avoid that.

Anyway I really only pay attention to arrival SOC when on a road trip and especially when I’m towing a trailer. It seems to be pretty spot on under those circumstances.

I have had similar issues. It has even told me that I would need to stop and charge on a trip that I did not previously, starting at the same charge. It also seems to have problems with forgetting an old trip when remapping because of added stops or a change of route. Over all it has worked well for me and I have started to do more point to point driving on long trips, that’s seems to work better sometimes.
