Date/VIN when PTC was halted?

Can anyone share when the PTC was halted and at what VIN (roughly)?

It varies wildly, there are some 2023 VINs that got them, while there are plenty of 2022 VINs that didn't that were supposed to have it. The announcement was made in October 2022 that it was being halted. If it has a manufacture date before October 2022, it most likely *does* have it. But it could have been software-disabled at the factory before shipping to the customer, effectively making it PTC-less, even though it's physically present. (That latter bit more likely with a later-to-Oct-2022 build date.)
