Carpet/Rug coming out from corners

while changing mats in second row, i noticed that black carpet/rug underneath mats is coming out of corner.
it feels like this fabric was not stretched enough and then not secured/tied down properly in corners.

any of you have experience this?

the vehicle just came back from SC yesterday after 10 days. they did interior/exterior detailing. i refuse to believe that they didn't see it while cleaning interior. it is so obvious... just a light touch pushed the rug back.
