BGE and getting EV TOU rates for Rivian chargers

Any ideas on how to force BGE to add Rivian to their list of approved chargers so that customers can qualify for rebates and lower EV charging rates? They have a handful of EVSE chargers and car manufacturers on their approved list but alas, Rivian isn't. Calls to their customer service or tickets to EVpulse have led to no progress. So any ideas?

Good luck on that.... I have a BGE account, and I registered our R1T, but I'm not sure why.....
