Update: Flat in need of assistance?

Update..
Rivian rocked it, picked me up and drove out to the truck to put on the new tire. Shout out to the Bellevue service center, lots of good communications and fantastic service.

Pictures of the not so ordinary tire change.

Ordered the spare but didn't have it yet and first time out rock slashes the tire. Truck is currently mourned in the middle of a trail. Anyone got a 21“ spare I can borrow? Rivian service won't get to it till tomorrow.
