EVgo and GM are doing Plug and Charge

I hope Rivian can get on board with EVgo for plug and charge. They're not the biggest but with them rolling out more and more chargers with GM hopefully they'll become better for us.

I know Rivian HAS some kind of tie in with them through the UI, hopefully this just needs to be unlocked with them, Chargepoint and EA.

I hate GM for calling this "Plug and Charge" since there's already an establish standard of "Plug & Charge". And they are entirely different.
