App update broke widget

[MTBLeibo’s R1T]

My iOS Rivian app just updated itself and now the widget that I used is just a black box rather than showing data. Anyone else have this issue? Running 17.5.1 on an iPhone 15 Pro.

I had that happen to me and just turned off phone and restarted and all was fine.

yup, took two restarts for me, but now fixed. thanks!

Restarts didn’t work for me. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixed it for me.

I got rid of the widget because I took a nap on a work trip in Chicago, woke up, and my frunk was open on my R1S at the airport 350 miles away. Don’t need to accidentally do that again. Not at all helpful to the original poster, but food for thought
