Awesome! Thanks for posting! I read and enjoyed the entire well written story. Hopefully this is not just PR and Rivian creates a work environment where they value and support everyone in their workforce including their female employees. From this story it definitively seems that way. It’s refreshing after reading a few recent news stories about sexual harassment and workplace culture at rival Tesla.
