I like the idea of this, but the execution could have touched on some of the more technical natures of off roading in the area as well as some advantages the Rivian has in its ability to handle those things? Maybe touching on power needed to ascend, power regained on the descent, and overall efficiency.
Branding as an off road capable vehicle is great, but you need to convince the petrol heads that electric can get them up and down with sufficient range to spare. Most don't think about the power regained on the decent, which often balances out the overall efficiency to be near typical city/hwy.
Agreed didn't learn much if anything for something called off roading tips from Rivian. They need new writers for that page. I've seen much better on this forum.
We could have done much better if they would have let me record the entire day when I did the trip with the Rivian engineers. But understandably, there was a lot of non public stuff discussed. Unfortunately when it’s lawyers vs engineers the lawyers win.
