After much (too much?) fiddling around with collecting and editing videos, dubbing in audio, etc. I've finally finished my review of the @Redtiger VC-70 Dash Cam. Since I've never used any other dash cam, the only thing I had to compare performance to is the stock cameras in my 2024 Gen 1 R1T, which, as we all know, are kinda pitiful, but better than nothing.
Are there better purpose-built dash cams on the market? I honestly don't know. Is this one better than what you've got with just your Gen 1 cameras? Without a doubt, and hands down, far superior for front and rear views. Should you run out and get one? Only you can answer that, but if you did, this one might be one to consider. If nothing else, this video does go into how to quickly and easily figure out which way to correctly orient a fuse tap, so it's at least good for that, I hope!
I'm curious how you guys think this camera stacks up to any others you've had experience with, so please comment about that if you can.
