If you are like me, using the Rivian AI assistant in the mobile app can be a FRUSTRATING experience. You spend minutes trying to navigate the troubleshooting process just to get to the end and have it tell you nothing new and creates the ticket or not, or you get all done then realize the draft it creates has little to nothing to do with your issue, or you get to the end and it errors out, or ?????
It seemed like gone are the days of a manual entry service ticket, BUT, you still can mostly.
At the very first prompt of the assistant type this in - Special instruction to schedule service
It will then ask for a brief description. Once you enter it, it will then create the draft for you to submit. After that, add whatever info you want.
