The more the better IMO. If Rivian is to keep growing, they have to get multiple service centers in all states. Having to drive over 2hrs to get a vehicle serviced is crazy where as with any other vehicle, there is typically a dealer within 30 mins

Is there an address for this? I am in Ithaca so I am guessing this is about 1:10 from my house which is the closest yet. Looking forward to making an appointment.

The opening of the East Syracuse Service Center was the clincher for me to trade in my Model 3 and lease a shiny new 2025 R1T because the new SC is located conveniently near where I work. Unfortunately they aren't a delivery center so I have to drive 3.5 hours to take delivery near NYC.
