Were any concessions made to allow for vehicles towing trailers? I know last time I looked at the planning, it didn't look like there were any reasonable options if it were during the day when the non-charging parking spots are likely to be in use.

I’m so excited about that one! I believe it was in their original RAN map, then dropped off and recently returned as coming soon. Drove by this past weekend and the stations are there, but covered. They are moving pretty fast over there!

This is great to have, the more charging options the better, but for me, and I imagine for a lot of the people who purchased these vehicles, what would be really helpful would be to have the stations closer to the adventures that they mentioned in the announcement, such as the north cascades, closer to the ferry to the islands, the north side of the peninsula, of course near Mt. Rainier, Steven’s pass area, snoqualmie area, etc…

hopefully that is in their plans!

No. No drive through stall. Don’t let that put you off though as this is a very quiet area for Alderwood Mall parking (except during holiday shopping perhaps).

Does anyone have the exact address of the station? Would like to see how close it is to downtown Edmonds, WA. Lynnwood is kind of a sprawl. It could be very close to downtown Edmonds or a fair distance. Thank you!

It's in the Alderwood Mall parking lot, at the West entrance at 188th and 33rd.

No.. but this part of the Lynnwood Mall parking lot is rarely used. So, pulling straight in, then backing out will work, but certainly not optimal.

I stopped by there at 10 this morning and charged from 47% to 80%. Everything went as expected although I was a little surprised the charging rate only reached 98kw for most of the session (with a momentary spike to 112kw around 60% and and expected drop to 68kw at around 75%). Battery was preconditioned, but ambient temp was about 39F. Overall it took 31 minutes. Does this sound reasonable?

Sounds like the charger was warming up and spiked up to 112kw after it was warmed up, but then your pack was already at a high soc.
