R1S sold, R2 reserved
Summary:

When we pulled into my in-law's driveway three hours and fifty minutes after we started out, the R1T still had 8% state of charge remaining and our average consumption for the trip was 1.83 mi/kWh. The R1T finished the head-to-head cold weather range test besting the F-150 Lightning by 5% state of charge.

…besting the F150 with the Rivian on AT tires. Would have been 10-20% better than the Ford on the 21s I’m betting.

Yeah but that wouldn't have been an apples-to-apples comparison.

I love these cold tests! About to do the drive back from Montana to Western Washington tomorrow in ANOTHER snow storm with head winds back that way too. Once they're warmed up, these things are beasts.

If not more, I’m in the same state and I’ve been getting 2.2 non conserve in the cold, 2.5 in conserve and that’s on 22s.

My Lightning drops to 1.6-1.8 in the same situations.

Heat settings, distance, and where you park matters. Around town I only get about 1.8-1.9 in the R1T.

This morning it was roughly 20F, low wind. I had the truck outside, unplugged. Cranking the heat to 74F inside resulted in 1.2mi/kWh, it took more than 20 miles before it started to climb to 1.7-1.8.
