    Why not one front and rear. I've run into several headaches trying to charge my leaf where I was unable to plug in. I find it easier to get in and out of parking spaces by backing in when driving my Durango.

    Yes you pay either sales or use tax. But if its "kept out of state" for a defined period of time, you wouldn't have to pay the tax. My parents took out of state delivery of their 38' Ailpine motor coach in 2000. Kept it in Reno for a few months then went on a 10mo road trip. Never paid...
