    They tried using tape to dampen the rattle in my R1S on my 1st service visit. Next visit they replaced the handle and rattle disappeared. They pre ordered the parts and had them ready for the repair. Demand a pre and post test drive with the Shop Forman.
  4. How often do you have to reset your Rivian wall charger?

    About once a month since August 2023. Rivian is useless and no help. They act surprised by this and just brush it off. I just reset breaker each time.

    Rivian is just ignoring the issue. While they are obviously aware of multiple owner issues my tickets just die once they are forwarded to the ā€œCharging Teamā€. I get an email that my concern has been forwarded to them and someone will contact me but I get crickets.

    Moosehead, I love the handling and suspension of my R1T. While I donā€™t have much comparison drive time (1 year vs. 1 month) I like the R1S handling but canā€™t say I love it. It feels like what it is, driving a big box. The suspensions feel similar between the two.

    Both my R1T and R1S are doing this. I could only cast 1 vote so I voted for R1T. R1T is in latest software and R1S was not. Both work fine with the mobile charger. Iā€™ve opened a case with Rivian charging team.
