Which wheels are those? What did it cost to have them powder coated (if you don't mind my asking), and how long did it take? Sorry was traveling. They are the standard 20" ATs. I had all 5 wheels powder coated (satin) and they painted the center caps as well. Cost was $1,050 and I had it back... -
Cargo crossbar storage ideas?
I'm with you, don't keep the crossbars on the truck unless I'll be using them. I have a Flow Wall system so its pretty easy to hang the crossbars & Thule fork mount bike racks when not in use.- Delusions of Adequacy

Was at the service center yesterday and took a pic of one of the two R1S' I saw inside, looked very nice. I have a S on order and still have no idea what exterior color to go with...interior will for sure be the "new" Ocean Coast with the dark wood - that is awesome.- Delusions of Adequacy

Don't think I've updated this thread with pictures since I powder-coated the wheels. In my defense, Its been a rough July & August and I just got the truck back yesterday after a total battery pack replacement after about 5,000 miles on the odometer followed by another low volt electrical issue... -

I used ColorWerks down south by me in Centennial (Arapahoe & Jordan). They did paint the center caps - I originally said to just spray-paint it all black but when they powder coated the wheels & put them back on the truck, Troy who I was working with thought it looked better with the yellow...- Delusions of Adequacy

They kept my truck on one of their lifts overnight while they worked on the wheels - all in had it about 36 hours. I do think my shop would have charged more with some other options - they were working on some sort of pearl / translucent white wheels that had been in a few days from what they...- Delusions of Adequacy

Well, a couple days after I complained about not hearing anything on title & registration from the State I received my Title in the mail yesterday. YEA Rivian! They didn't have the correct purchase date on the title, but close enough I guess. Feeling lucky now, come on license plates!- Delusions of Adequacy

Had my stock 20" wheels powder coated this week. Shop called it 20% black - zero would be matt and going the other direction (towards 100%) would be gloss. Basically a satin black. My last two aftermarket wheels were gunmetal & bronze so black is actually new for me. Don't have any good...- Delusions of Adequacy

I was at the Denver service center today (for actual service) and was able to take a few pics of my matte wrap side-by-side with yet to be delivered LA Silver & Limestone. I think the biggest take-away I had looking at them next to each other is the wrap really brings out the lines of the truck... -
