I’m having this issue now.
Since I’ve had my truck, I feel like there’s rattling in the front end going over small bumps. It sounds like a lot of people have had that. Was going to address whenever I had to bring it in for service for whatever. Now is whatever.
Started with the front sensors 3...
This thread is great. We just bought a place in Durango, CO and I'll be moving there full-time in a few years. Waiting until then to get an RTT (I think, lol) but had the same thought about putting the bikes on top. But where to put the SUP's, then?! (kinda serious). This is why for trips where...
That is interesting that it came with the buttons. Same as you, I had the powered on my reservation and it came off when they removed it (I added the manual to the order). I also got mine in 12/22 with no buttons. What was your manufacture date? Mine was 11/22?
I'm not sure, where do I find...
So what will my options be? I got mine in 12/22. I had ordered a powered, but then I selected no tonneau in the gear shop earlier than initial delivery window. My truck arrived with no tonneau but it does have the power button on the side rail, and it has the compartment into which the powered...
I'm pretty excited about this. Having 3 stops (red hook, Albany and Saratoga springs) right up I-87 is pretty great for us northeastern folks. I don't need to charge outside the home all that much, so I don't really care how much it costs. It's great to have more (reliable) options in places...
Those are interesting, had not seen them before. I use a very low-rent-looking movers pad folded up and over the bed for short 15 - 30 min trips to the trail. For a weekend trip I got the race face pad.
when I get an RTT, I think I will probably get a nice hitch mount that swings out. Seems...
TL, DR: cable too short and not well-positioned for Rivians...but I wasn't sure whether Rivian's would have the 400v vs. 800v issue he mentioned, which caused him to top off at only 42kwh?

If you input the address of a charger that isn’t listed on the Rivian NAV will the battery be prepared for fast charging? This would be an issue with the new Tesla chargers for example because they are not in the network. Also, I’ve used Shell Recharge a few times and I’ve had good experience. I...
yeah I haven't had the best luck with the phone either. I don't have it set to proximity b/c I'd rather affirmatively lock and unlock it. but I think starting tomorrow I'm going to mostly use the fob. I always keep a card in my wallet too and I guess I'll continue to do that. So I'll have...
This is what I do too. I don't use the auto height. don't really see the point. if I don't need the range, it's not going to be worthwhile. if I desperately do, I'd be in conserve on a highway anyway.
I also turned off kneel as well, partly b/c I park on a pretty steep downhill driveway and...
That's super intriguing. I don't love that it folds up into a roll, that seems kinda lame vs. retracting like the Santa Cruz (why oh why can't I just get a simple manual retracting one like Santa Cruz!?!). But I don't want to deal with 4 panels, personally. So I may get that EV sports line one...
As someone pointed out months ago, it's a shame that there are 3 or 4" of dead space where the retracted tonneau would have gone in some of ours that were built for the original powered tonneau. I didn't think I'd care, but that's just silly that the space is wasted.
