Is this normal? Motor temp skyrocketing

Customer Satisfaction Campaign (Recall?) Notice: inadequate interference between the halfshaft splines and the wheel hubs
I just received an email that my R1T needs to go to service center as part of a "Customer Satisfaction Campaign". I have never heard of this but it sounds like it might as well be a recall. Anyone else get this today? Btw I have never had any halfshaft issues in the past.- Gimmeoneofeach

I saw on the information posted on the delivery survey that some of you did not order the off-road package. Did your truck still come equipped with tow hooks? POLL: How many of us have actually driven/seen a Rivian in person?
I had the good fortune to attend the First Mile Event in Normal and drive the test track, off road course, and tackle Mt. Rivian.
