Any military member been allowed to register their own vehicle?
Live in Washington but Florida resident. Because of this I register my own vehicle through a special milpak found on Florida's dmv website. Just curious if any other members have been able to do this by their guide. Just got my 8 steps and of course my guide is out of office until 17th...- pjrivian
