Tesla Universal Wall Connector Works Amazing
Love mine too. I have a pair with the combo and the NACS and let them load share a 60A circuit without issues. So glad I went that route. -
Carjacking- How to stop it?
Hopefully Rivian will add āpin to Driveā like Tesla. You can leave them the car and run away. They canāt drive without the pin and should give up.- mike22co

Tesla Universal Wall Connector home charger - it's here!
Good to see! I have one on order too, that will augment the existing Tesla Wall connector for the model 3. The load sharing will be great to have this winter to avoid moving a sloppy-dirty cable around vehicles. -

I am so excited to be able to revisit this thread now that I have a vehicle to pick up tomorrow. I could even poll for the orders today and find the last charge session before pickup. Thanks for doing some of the legwork for all of us! -

Iām definitely looking at my issue as better now than after I take delivery and get farther away. I am very hopeful for a 100,000 mostly issue-free miles ahead! Canāt wait to pick up tomorrow!- mike22co

Sorry to hear this. It really would be nice to hear from Rivian how many of these types of issues are occurring. We almost need a "check-in" type of system to have every owner check in daily with any issues or anomalies. I didn't think there could be many issues in real life until I went to...- mike22co

Road Trip: Boulder to Steamboat, and Beyond (as Gear Support Vehicle)
Nice load packed up! I was in Steamboat last week watching the Rivian pass by while waiting patiently for an R1S delivery last Friday (pushed to tomorrow now due to sw issue). Agree the Kum&Go ChargePoint wasnāt bad. I loaned our Tesla CCS adapter to a fellow Tesla that only had the j1772 one...- mike22co

Warning: Do not close your frunk by hand!
Same lightweight material with the Teslas. It freaks me out every time I have to close the frunk and have to set down what I am holding to do it. This is from the Tesla user manual.- mike22co

Don’t you just love the Rivian delivery process…….
The process could be improved significantly. Perhaps to reach 50,000 deliveries this year, it is not as important on the list of things "todo." I'm in a similar boat. I had a VIN assigned in June 2023 and today still no estimate on when I need to be prepared to accept delivery. I will share my... -

It is too difficult to track the deliveries and how each one progresses. I feel like I am always reading way too much into it and coming to my own assumptions, which is bad.
