Agree with you. I was all ready with my DIY chrome delete and black badges pre-delivered but when I picked up my R1S in June, I realized the “chrome” is a brushed matte look, including the badges, and agree it adds visual “texture.” So I have not deleted it yet.

Yes same problem in my Gen 2, but I haven’t tried recording anything. No power to the USB ports.

Got the Oem Gen 2 mats yesterday. Coverage is not as good as LinerX but I couldn’t resist the yellow logo. Will likely swap in LinerX version for winter bc there’s more protection under the pedals.

Also, just got my Gen 2 drivers floor measured locally by LinerX so they will be coming out with their AW mats specific for the Gen 2 in a month or so. All other Gen 1 mats fit perfectly.

The Gear Shop now has Gen 2 all-weather mats available.
