  1. Noticed a Driver+ lane change feature

Any sense if this will ever get tweaked? Very inconvenient on road trips to need to keep re-engaging Driver+ on routine lane changes.
  2. 2023.42.2 Driver+ Graphics Updates?

Agree, on road trips that's what I miss most about my Tesla (aside from the supercharger network). As a result I really only use the speed/front radar as opposed to all the features of Driver+. Too much of a hassle to continue to turn on/off to change lanes.
  3. Lomax/Weathertech trifold cover installation tip

After installing my hard trifold cover I had a little water that came in during heavy rain. I installed the rails and then put on the cover. I realize these trifolds are not 100% waterproof but didn’t like the amount of water that trickled in especially with the rubber seals on the perimeter...
  4. Great Scott!

I was away from home and returning. Former Tesla owner, new R1T owner. Will be much better once RAN network built out more and/or Teslas Superchargers are available to us. Navigating the EVGo, Electrify America, etc circuit on a road trip is for the birds. Never thought twice with my Tesla MS. I...
  5. Great Scott!

Got up early to charge in an empty parking lot at 4am for a road trip. Just me or does anyone else feel like they’re in that beginning scene of Back to the Future with Doc/Marty and the Iranians coming for the stolen plutonium?
  6. Weathertech tonneau covers - 2 flavors

I drove to Bolingbrook and picked up the Weathertech AlloyCover. Installed in 10 mins in R1T. Works perfectly. Not sure if this is what you're asking?
  7. Carjacking- How to stop it?

I would just explain to the carjacker that the Rivian is not all that straightforward - you'll need to go into the Rivian app and add them as a driver, which will take a few minutes, as there's no physical key. And then they'll be giving you (and eventually the police) their email/phone number...
  8. Weathertech tonneau covers - 2 flavors

Worthwhile mentioning downside of $1800 manual factory cover (and Interrobang) - no trifold. Must remove pieces and place in storage. This is odd for a truck, no? Conventional use (convenience) of tonneau is to easily roll/fold up, load bed, and roll/fold back down. No spare tire for me (maybe...
  9. Weathertech tonneau covers - 2 flavors

Seems like the WeatherTech AlloyCover is nearly identical (?) to the Lomax cover and roughly same price ($960). Picking one up today from WT factory store. Concerned that even if I wait for an OEM R1T cover it’s not all that functional compared to the trifolds (pulling off slats and stashing...
  10. Weathertech tonneau covers - 2 flavors

Anyone have experience with the Weathertech hard cover? Seems like Lomax? Just picked up R1T last week and debating waiting for OEM (!), Tail Lidz or a Lomax/Weathertech solution.
