it was the Seattle service center. I did not get the reps name. The problem is they dont seem to know about the cars they are speaking about. They're looking through the owners manual while they have you on the line. I called twice with diffrent answers of which neither instilled confidence.
I just spoke with a Rivian rep and he said Rivian does NOT recommend putting 275/60/R20 on a 2023 R1T, they only recommend 275/65/R20. Has this be the experince of this forum?
When I hop into my truck and say, “Hey Alexa, take me home,” she enthusiastically plots a course…to my old home, a cozy 1,400 miles away. Yep, I recently moved to a new state, updated my address with Amazon, Alexa, Rivian, Apple—pretty much everyone. The correct address shows up just fine in my...
For what it's worth, I spoke to someone at Rivian last week, and although he was not able to help expedite an adapter for my summer travels, he did note that himself and his team have been notified that all adapters will be shipped by the end of August

The weather has left its mark for sure. But there was a lot of evidence of recent work on the trails. Since it’s part of a preserve and it gets a lot of use , my guess is it’s cared for it regular.
Funny you say that. I never worried about desert pinstripes with the 4Runner. But with the Rivian I carry a pair of pruning shears for those branches that impede my passage
I hear you @defcon888! I must confess, the Rivian does send a ripple of nerves down my spine. I’d like to maintain its pristine appearance. The looming prospect of potential body damage concerns me both in cost and time. I feel the Rivian shares more traits with my trusty laptop than with the...
