Was at the Old Orchard event today. Inside in the darker lighting Catalina Cove looks very similar to Storm Blue. They had color samples there and we held up the two together and they are very close. Yet, in every picture outside in the sun Cataline Cove looks very Teal. This was the main...
We had about five 50A camp sites at Hideaway campground that were shared to top up then most used their 30A plugs on their site to add another 10% or so over night. A few ventured to some chargers in Whitehall or Ludington that were putting out about 80Kw. A few even ventured up to the RAN...
Late reply. It is 132Kwh as someone else stated. From other trips we get about 100 miles comfortably at 80% from stop to stop but if it's windy the range drops a lot. This camper is not aerodynamic at all.
Mark Denzel - coming from Northern Illinois. We booked site 200 because we needed water too. Please get that site added to the block.
We went here last year as part of another group. Ordered the flag ahead of time which is totally not necessary. The store across the street from the park...
11 RANS and 2 waypoints used so far. 2 more RANS could have been used but opened after a trip. One that recently opened will be used often in the future.
Did one roadtrip to East coast and Blue RIdge highway where used most of the different ones and were still free at the time. Some we could...
@RealWheelsEV Bean I'm intending on being there depending on what comes up. I don't use Facebook so won't be confirming there. I have an extra set of running boards that were replaced someone can have for a R1T. They are slightly rusty since they didn't powder coat them correctly.
If you are putting in a 60amp breaker and need 6awg wire the existing conduit probably won't be big enough for the current wiring and this additional. Would need at least 3/4" conduit. It's also hard to judge not knowing if there are any changes needed in your panel and what the distance is...
Seeing Rivians more often in Northern Illinois but still at most one a day. Just did a trip from Northern Illinois to Mackinac Island in Northern Michigan. I promised my wife we would see a lot of Rivians on this trip especially since we were stopping at Rivian chargers in Benton Harbor, Grand...
We went the first weekend of June as part of a late planned Chicago Rivian Club outing. Only one other person showed up at campground and only one other Rivian was at the dunes (they saw us but we didn't see them and didn't meet up while driving the dunes). It was Jeep excursion weekend and...
I live about 95 miles from this station and it's a perfect stop when pulling the camper on the way to Devil's Lake or other parts West or North of Madison. The Electrify America station at the Walmart in Madison was crowded 2 of the 4 times I stopped there and the Madison Recharge station with...
Was contacted today and given a replacement order. Unfortunately this will require replacing everything and I did strip the head of one of the T55 bolts on install so this won't be fun removing that. On the plus side, I did have to grind down two of the brackets to get them to fix so they've...
Came across this post a few weeks back when it was constantly below zero. Wife was cleaning truck today and says both sides are rusting on the running boards.
EDIT: added pictures. You can also see the screws used to hold down the step plate have the paint completely worn off too.
pretty sure there is a garage at Wolf Point. I'm not sure where you expect to park if you cant' on the street (impossible in that area) and not comfortable in a garage. I work at the Merchandise Mart which across the street and just take the Metra in to Union Station and walk from there. It's...
Completed a long trip through the East Coast mountains to see the Fall Leaves and visited a lot of family along the way. Overall drove 2435 miles over 9 days. Used 1,142 kWh of energy at 2.14 mi/kWh averaging 46 miles per hour. We left on Friday the 20th and took the update on the 18th with...
