Any recommendations for a Rivian authorized collision shop in Tucson? I was rear ended the damage appears minor and mainly cosmetic.

Update here, the thermal system fault followed by the critical battery fault notification was caused by the HVAC failure, they also replaced the two 12v batteries. The broken back rear window was also replaced at Rivian‘s expense as the towing company refused to take responsibility. No fuss no...

Enterprise insisted they had to give me a pick truck and gave me a base model Nissan frontier. It’s just awful.

Exactly the same scenario here and they broke the rear window glass during the towing and they want me to pay for it.

Happened to me too on my R1T and the cause was carrying my cellphone in my pants back pocket somehow the seat sensors get tripped by the pressure difference and switches the car to park in stoplights.

I went with Llumar IRX 50 for all the doors glass and Llumar air 80 for the windshield and back window, the sunroof I bought the abstract ocean cover, it makes a huge difference in cabin temp, at least 30 degrees. This link may help you make your decision

This is the Maverick compact, not a perfect a fit but to take my dog to the vet and my camping spot 60 miles round trip should work just fine.

The engineer that design this part of the interface either doesn’t drive or failed his/her human factors class.

Same finding here, only lasts a few minutes after getting in the truck but is quite noticeable

Based on your recommendations I opted for Llumar air 80 for the windshield back windows and rear windows, nobody in AZ has Air 90 and Llumar IRX 50 for the front windows and I couldn’t be happier it makes a huge difference in cabin temperature.

i had the same problem so I removed the insulation strip closest to the tailgate and now the tailgate closes with no problem and after several car washes no water intrusion.

i really like mine a lot, I am using the apple chargers. I used 2 thin strips of double tape but the fit is so good I don’t think they are needed. Great product.

My theory is that the smell is caused by using automated car washes, I think they either recycle the water or use grey water that finds its way into the Cabin air filter. My theory is based on a completely uninformed speculation.

I left my car parked in the garage for 10 days without charging, the loss was 1% per day.
