Background Info:
I use the lower cargo area quite often (I don't have a spare tire) and wanted to find a better way to lift the cargo tray up.
The Project:
It's simple really....I just added handles to the tray.
Pick your favorite drawer handles for your local hardware store
Mark your holes...
There is no harm into that. I'm learning something new all the time and why I enjoy the off-roading community. Almost everyone that I have met has been kind and helpful. They have a "leave no one behind" mentality.
I'm glad you're taking your vehicle out and getting it dirty. Not only are you...
Hey! That's awesome.
I was planning on going to Hollister, but plans changed. I might have saw you if I went. Looks like there was a lot of traffic that day.
The beginning of the video scared me. I suggest waiting for the first guy to finish the hill before you start going.
By the way, there...
That's really cool. Thanks for sharing. I added this to my list to do.
Were you able to charge before getting to the trail head? If so, any recommendations? Thanks.
My suggestion is to always sync the HVAC or lock the rear screen. Why do you ask?
We were out in the woods and I was trying to cool the car off while we were cooking lunch.
Little did I know that one of the kids turned the rear temperature to max heat (aka "HI"). Front vents were cool, but was...
I agree with others that it was a good video.
I thought one of the advantages of the glass roof was to give an opening to allow seats to be installed during final assembly. Looks like I was completely wrong and was surprise to see the glass roof being installed prior to the interior. They still...
I installed the front bumper PPF wrap from TWRAPS. It's the one that does not wrap over the edges.
I've taken my vehicle off roading and multiple gas-station-carwashes. The wrap is still on there. I don't even think about it. Hope it helps.
Cheers
Objective:
Provide feedback/product review on an Inno cargo basket using factory Rivian cross bars.
Model Info:
Inno cargo basket
INT578BK
Aerorack Shaper 80
Personal Goal:
My goal was to find an economical roof basket that still allowed me to park my car in the garage at standard height.
I...
@Polar Nice install. I like the idea of the wireless controller to avoid feeding wires through the firewall (is it even called that anymore for our cars?)
Can you please share more about your switch box? Which brand and model.
Also, where is your "signal wire" tapped into? I'm assuming you...
I enjoyed that interview and I appreciate how the host allowed RJ to speak.
I've watched other American interviews (I won't name them) and they speak over RJ after they ask a question.
Yes, I agree that some of his response was repetitive, but perhaps that's a good thing because there might be...
Firstly, awesome family trip and thanks for sharing.
The quote made me laugh because that happens in my car too. Everyone is screaming and I have a smile on my face as the vehicle leans to a side.
THEN... I have to drive through some tight spaces and it's my turn to scream because I can hear...
Awesome. Thank you for sharing. That makes perfect sense. I was thinking about using the lights during filming (is it still called that), but your comment about setup and wrap up is a good point that I haven't thought of. Rivian or not, it's still a cool setup and looks like a fun job.
That is really really cool. Thanks for sharing.
The "U-crane" name is very clever.
I was impressed by the bucket seat at the 00:24 in the video. It's neat that they kept the same material to make the seat.
I am not from the industry, but very curious about it. Can you help explain why the...
Awesome. Congratulations on your new purchase.
It's also great to hear that your wife is happy. Happy wife, happy life. :)
I'm assuming this is your first EV? Pardon if I assumed incorrectly.
Be sure to rotate your tires often. If you have the latest SW update, there is an odometer counter to...
