Car washes of either type (touchless or otherwise) have no detrimental effect on Ultimate or Stealth, so there is no reason you can't have PPF installed.

The cutouts are there in the Standard XPEL Coverage patterns, but not OEM. Under standard XPEL Coverage, scroll down to parts numbers P70401BA and BB. There you can see the letter cutouts on the designs.
