Sounds good! While we can't order parts for resale, we do have full access to the Rivian Service Portal and Rivian Parts Catalog. We only use OEM parts directly from Rivian for any repairs not needed by the Service Center (Wipers, cabin air filters, etc.)

Unfortunately, I’m unable to share part numbers. However, I’d imagine whatever the SC is able to order would be the latest available part.

Unfortunately it’s only able to be ordered through the Rivian Service Portal. However, I wouldn’t be surprised if your local SC would order it for you. I’d try making a service request in the app and see if they will sell you the part.

I personally keep a pen, some Starbucks drink stoppers and coins in there for meters.

Wonder if Rivian will ever come out with an upgraded Gen 1 version. Maybe once they run out of their stock of older Gen 2 chargers they will only produce the new version and allow it to be retrofitted / replace under warranty with the new part if issues. Similar to what happened with Gen 1 now...

Thank you! You make a great point! We work very closely with both the new Rivian Service Center in Sterling along with the Richmond, VA Service Center! If we ever have a Rivian needing a Service Center visit, we transport them via truck (don't drive them) to and from the Service Center!

We do! We can process tag and title work for all 50 states! You of course would only pay taxes and registration costs for the state in which you are registering your Rivian. We're also only about 5 minutes down the road from Washington Dulles Airport (IAD) !
