I sometimes charge my R1T with Tesla Universal Charger/adapter and haven’t had any issues. It works well switching between Model Y (NACS) and R1T (J1772). I have it mounted near the passenger rear wheel and reaches each vehicle’s charging port easily.

Keep on eye on the for sale threads in this forum. People frequently buy new tires and sell lightly used ones. I’ve bought 2 wheels with tires so far for less than one new tire alone. I’ve seen the same thing in the vehicle where it was ever increasing. I eventually just stopped the charge or I’d still be there. Something goes wrong with the calculation.

Sport gives Gen 1 R1T Quad 100% as is. Probably for other vehicles too.

It only works on freeways if I remember, possibly only mapped ones, but I’m fuzzy on that.
