Why are we waiting for the to be supplied NACS adapters from Rivian? I’m a bit outta the loop but weren’t they announced quarters ago? Missing a layup feels dumb.
I've not paid attention recently, but always been interested in Thule/Yak towers and one-piece fixed crossbars for over the R1T bed.
IME, it would be more solid, provide for more gear options and dimensions, and allow integrated lockdown of gear and rack to the vehicle.

RTFM aside, IMO the overall service gap is exactly why Rivian is changing out the Guide model and putting point of contact at the RSC’s - which many of us recommended. The old model was cumbersome, opaque, and created extra work and communication effort between Guide/RSC/Customer.
We’re lucky...
If you don't care for these functional flaps, you could go with the largely useless, low to no coverage, but sexy as hell brazilian models.
