Nope, it's a Large pack.
The net elevation gain is minor, but there are mountains between SLC and Moab. Departing with a full charge and arriving with ~10% range requires a stop.
I drive fast, and there’s a lot of elevation gain on that drive. I always leave with 100% charge. If I slowed down a bit I might be able to make it but, hell, there’s no fun in that.
I reserved a gen 2 R1S Quad Max the day reservations opened, but I'm not sure yet if I'm actually gonna upgrade from my pre-price hike gen 1 R1S Quad Large.

I had a similar wonky unlock experience tonight when I was running some errands. As I walked up to my R1S, all the passenger doors unlocked and the right mirror unfolded but the driver door remained locked and the driver mirror remained folded. Inside, the driver screen stayed dark and Gary was...
Yep, I’m sure. Mine showed what yours showed immediately after a soft rest but switched to full LTE after about a minute, even though the truck can’t connect to anything.
I’ve used it a few times now to go from 32 to 50 and, depending on the ambient temperature, it’s taken the compressor 10-20 minutes. FWIW it only takes a couple minutes to air all four down from 50 to 32. ?
This may be overkill for your needs but, in my limited experience so far, the MORRFlate quad kit eliminates the guesswork and makes it easy to use the Rivian compressor to inflate/deflate all four tires to the same pressure simultaneously.
