Update: I returned today, 21 days away from my R1S Resulting State of Charge: 67% (199mi) Total vampire drain over 21 days 18% (57mi) loss 0.9% per day (2.7mi) loss Conversely my 2024 Ioniq 5 was parked for the same period @ 80% and when I returned it still had 80%.

Away for 20 days, parked in enclosed garage at 85% 256mi. Gear guard is off Keys/phones are off-site Expecting to see 60% when I return. Worst part of this vehicle

I remain shocked they haven't been able to fix this or offer a recall of some onboard system causing this. My 2024 Ioniq 5 has zero vampire drain, but still auto unlocks better than the R1G1. I lost 4mi last night.

Did camping in Lassen. No cell service! ? But it just meant, enjoy the outdoors! What do you cook with if not gas? My fear was draining the battery too far down without a fast charger near by. Even in camp mode we lost 10mi per day of range, with all the in and out of the vehicle.

Amazing work. Too much for me. How have minivans had quick stow/quick release seats for decades and Rivian has these bulky non removable seats. Also our seats are so thick. Could have gone spirit airlines and saved inches! All seats should be removable in Gen3. Ok maybe not the driver seat ?.

I turned ON proximity locking (but off at home) Car chirped locked/unlocked even though it is at home. Ugh. Weird charging experience, charged to 100% (288mi) in prep for a road trip tomorrow. Arrived home at 95% still 288mi. I am sure I'll lose some over night.
