Interesting. I donāt think this is true for all the belts. We leave the center rear belt buckled all the time, as it has a carabiner on it that hooks to our dogās harness, and Iāve never seen this sort of extreme drain.
Oh, theyāre real; thereās just not a whole lot of them in places like The Desert, Grasslands, and Above The Tree Line, and even when theyāre around, theyāre not always in convenient places.
Yeah, that āsomehowā is the tricky part! I originally had this idea when I was driving a Ram with a long bed, so my thought was to just hang the hammock diagonally across the bed from a ladder rack or something. Sadly the bed in the R1T wouldnāt quite work for thatā¦
I bet you could rig up some...
No, Iām not trying to suspend my R1T, though that would be pretty cool.
What Iām thinking is using the accessory ports to support a hammock rack that could be used if no trees are available. Basically, if you have a long pole mounted to both of the front accessory ports, would you have to worry...
Driving around Baltimore this weekend, with the AC blasting in my R1T dual-motor max pack with stock road tires/wheels, I was getting around 3-3.5. On the highway I wasnāt paying as much attention, but I believe it was in the mid to high 2s.
ABRP says 3.13 at 65 mph, pulling data from the truck
This happened to me last week! Putting our dog in the back seat after an outing, we discovered the gear tunnel was unlocked, and protruding further than it does when you simply push the button to unlock it. I hadnāt touched the gear tunnel for at least a couple days, so it possibly was like that...
I donāt know about the volume issue, but if youāre concerned with audio quality, the built-in app is definitely the way to go. Bluetooth does not have sufficient bandwidth to transmit full quality, lossless audio.
I swear Yokohama has magic rubber, based on my GO15s; the Geolandar range is just amazing. Itās only the talk of needing special EV tires thatās made me hesitant, but I wasnāt sure if it was mostly marketing or not (Iām sure itās not entirely bullshit). I drove on the stock road tires all...
Is there any concern over durability? My understanding was that the weight and torque of EVs meant standard tires wouldnāt last long.
Iāve got the Geolandar GO15s on my Cherokee, and theyāre amazing tires. Would love to put something similar on my R1T.
